The Mushroom Festival's exquisite dining experience returns to Eagle when Wild Sage hosts a four-course wine-pairing dinner featuring locally foraged and locally cultivated mushrooms. The menu celebrates a variety of fungi with dishes centered on this edible wonder. Experience intense representations of the mushroom’s earthiness as well as delicate accents to gourmet bites. The four courses will be perfectly paired with wines curated by the restaurant's in-house Sommelier. This culinary adventure will even play with the mushroom’s earthiness layered in a sweet dessert.
